Thank you for your interest in our Group Chair role.
At ForViva, we challenge inequalities and make a difference to people’s lives. We strive to be a force for good and make positive changes for all. Customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we ensure profits are reinvested to have a positive impact and create vibrant and safe communities across the UK.
We’re delighted to be appointing a Chair for ForViva’s Board to help us achieve our vision; to make more things possible for more people. Our Chair will play an integral role alongside our experienced Board Members to bring about meaningful change, drive excellence and support those who need it most. The Board is responsible for setting strategies and policies and has a range of skills and qualities required to make decisions and monitor performance.
We have ambitious plans and we are currently bringing together a new strategic plan, delivered through four key design principles; agility, customer focus, economic value creation and social value creation. At ForViva, you can be an inspiration to others. Let’s make a difference together. To improve lives.
Colette McKune MBE, Group Chief Executive
At ForViva, we believe in a better way to do business. One that gives back and does great things. We care about community wellbeing. We aim to create the best possible environment for people and communities to thrive and fulfil their potential.
ForViva delivers purpose, scale, size and stature to Group members Liberty and ForHousing by setting the standard and offering direction.
We have one shared purpose – to Improve Lives and use four guiding principles, developed with Board Members based on inputs from across the Group. These strategic design principles have been used to inform the Group’s Strategic Objectives:
We enable a culture where people are empowered to make decisions, learn and continually improve.
We are able to respond to changes at pace and remain resilient in our approach.
Care of the customer and community is at the heart of everything we do.
We have a culture that is person- centred, and we deliver effective engagement structures and meaningful customer dialogue.
We recognise that being commercial and creating economic value is fundamental to our success in delivering our purpose.
We will maintain and grow the value from our investments to deliver economic return.
Our primary focus is how we can improve the lives of people in communities and our surplus and profits are a means to this end.
We will invest in social value to enable desired, sustainable, and positive social impact.
